Cloud Garage respects and protects the personal privacy of all users using its services. To provide you with better service, Cloud Garage will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. However, Cloud Garage will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Unless otherwise stipulated in this Privacy Policy, Cloud Garage will not disclose this information to the public or provide it to any third party without your prior permission. Cloud Garage will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Cloud Garage Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Cloud Garage Service Use Agreement.
a) Personal registration information you provide when registering for a Cloud Garage account, as required by Cloud Garage: mobile phone number, SMS verification code;
b) Information automatically received and recorded by Cloud Garage from your browser and computer when you use Cloud Garage network services or visit Cloud Garage platform web pages, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware characteristic information, and web page record data you requested;
c) User personal data obtained by Cloud Garage through legal means from business partners.
You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy:
a) Keyword information you input when using the search service provided by the Cloud Garage platform;
b) Information data collected by Cloud Garage regarding your publications on Cloud Garage, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, and evaluation details;
c) Acts that violate legal provisions or Cloud Garage rules and measures Cloud Garage has taken against you.
a) Cloud Garage will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party without your prior permission, unless that third party and Cloud Garage (including Cloud Garage affiliated companies) individually or collectively provide services to you, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including what they were previously able to access.
b) Cloud Garage also does not permit any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information free of charge by any means. Any Cloud Garage platform user engaged in the above activities will be subject to immediate termination of their service agreement upon discovery.
Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that can alone or in combination with other information identify a specific natural person's identity or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. Personal sensitive information includes personal biometric information (e.g., fingerprints, facial features, voiceprints), ID card numbers, bank account numbers, property information, transaction information, and location tracks (e.g., residential and office addresses).
We only collect and use your information for the purposes listed in this statement:
a) Request phone permission, including access to phone identification code permission
Our product integrates the Umeng+ SDK to provide statistical analysis services. The Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device's Mac address, unique device identifier (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card), and calibrate report data accuracy through geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating capabilities. Explanation regarding the collection of "Android ID" by the Umeng+ statistical analysis SDK in the background in some scenarios:
First use: After the user agrees to the relevant terms, Cloud Garage initializes related components and works with the Umeng+ analysis SDK for smart hardware usage scenarios. The smart hardware background detection connection keep-alive strategy maintains the collection state. This process is usually completed within 2-3 seconds to ensure the continuity of statistical analysis. After successful collection, the program securely caches it and does not obtain it frequently.
b) Location information: Location permission
Cloud Garage uses the location function in two aspects:
First, we provide Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) device connection functionality. This function requires the use of the phone's location permission on Android 6.0 and above systems;
Second, the Umeng+ SDK uses geographic location to calibrate report data accuracy and provide basic anti-cheating capabilities. This is explained in the Umeng SDK.

c) Calling third-party applications
To provide richer services, Yiche Tech Company will open access interfaces to third-party applications through the cloud, allowing third-party service providers/applications to provide you with corresponding services (e.g., navigation). We will provide the information required by the third-party service provider/application to them, including but not limited to: location information. When the function used involves a third party, you may be redirected to a third-party application or website. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the third party's terms of service and privacy policy, as we cannot control third-party applications or websites and are not responsible for any damage to your rights and interests caused by a third party;
Under the following circumstances, Cloud Garage will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:
a) Disclosure to a third party with your prior consent;
b) Sharing your personal information with a third party is necessary to provide the products and services you request;
c) Disclosure to a third party or administrative or judicial institutions in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or at the request of administrative or judicial institutions;
d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations, or the Cloud Garage service agreement or related rules, disclosure to a third party is necessary;
e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, disclosure to the complained party at their request to facilitate the handling of possible rights disputes;
f) In a transaction created on the Cloud Garage platform, if any party to the transaction performs or partially performs its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, Cloud Garage has the right to decide to provide the user with necessary information such as the contact details of the transaction counterparty to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes.
g) Other disclosures that Cloud Garage deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.
The information and data about you collected by Cloud Garage will be stored on the servers of Cloud Garage and/or its affiliated companies. This information and data may be transferred to, accessed, stored, and displayed outside the country, region, or place where Cloud Garage collects the information and data.
a) Cloud Garage accounts have security protection functions. Please keep your username and password information safe. Cloud Garage will ensure that your information is not lost, abused, or altered through security measures such as encrypting user passwords. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also note that there are no "perfect security measures" on information networks.
b) When using Cloud Garage network services for online transactions, you will inevitably need to disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the transaction counterparty or potential transaction counterparty. Please protect your personal information properly and only provide it to others when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially your Cloud Garage username and password, please contact Cloud Garage customer service immediately so that Cloud Garage can take appropriate measures.
c) Your IP (Internet Protocol) address, which can sometimes show your geographic location.
d) Your personal commonly used device information (including hardware serial number, device MAC address, software list, unique device identifier [such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card]).

We use merged link technology for technical push notifications. When multiple push links for multiple apps are active on one device, we randomly merge them into one link to save power and data traffic for you. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain application list information. At the same time, we provide smart push functionality, using this information to recommend push content that better suits your needs and reduce the disturbance of useless push information to you. b) To achieve social sharing and third-party login functions, we use MobTech's MobTech ShareSDK product, which collects system operation information, network status information, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), anonymous device identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), application list information, base station information, social platform OpenID, and geographic location. c) For App security reinforcement protection, piracy detection services, and to prevent the risk of the App being cracked, we use the SDK: 360 Reinforcement SDK (applicable for APK/HAP/APK plugin/SDK reinforcement).
